Principal and Lead Strategist
Prior to founding Acclivity Strategies, Alicia practiced law at a regional firm, where she represented corporate clients in labor and employment, privacy and cybersecurity, consumer protection, and Section 1983 matters. She also provided pro bono legal representation in cases involving employment discrimination and land disputes. Before entering private practice, Alicia served as a law clerk to the Honorable Carlton W. Reeves of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.
Before her career in law, Alicia worked extensively in the public and non-profit sectors, gaining hands-on experience that enables Acclivity Strategies to effectively help clients achieve meaningful change. As Principal of Acclivity Strategies, Alicia’s experience in law, policy, legislative advocacy, and strategic decision-making ensures that clients receive ingenious and results-driven solutions.
Alicia holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law, a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration from Jackson State University, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Mississippi.
